网申时的姓名与护照和I-20表上的姓名顺序问题

想问一下，护照和I-20表上都是把 surname 放在了前面，given name 放在了后面，而我在网申填姓名的时候按照国外的习惯把 given name 放在了前面，今天在学校网站上看到这样的一句话：The spelling and the order of your name on the I-20 and all other forms (your admission application, visa application form, etc.) must match the spelling and the order of your name in your passport。 那我这样不就order不一样了吗？ 现在我有点搞不清了，这样会不会不行啊？？求解答啊！！！
