口头Offer Ph.D Power System@UTK(Liu)

CS转EE ph.d，估计地里没有比我更奇葩的了。{:4_106:}系里一个老教授（也是我推荐人）给我推荐过去的，正式offer没下来，发口头offer一枚吧。Thanks for your help. His resume looks very good. If he has not applied to UTK, he could still try to apply even we have passedThe deadline. If he could get his application online in the next few days, we could still get him here this fall. Of course we could also get him here as a scholar without TOEFL and GRE first and degree program later.真心想哭，舍不得CS啊...

额，那个给的方向是Power System，但是program是的Ph.D@CS.
