我的opt case被transfer了，求问大家这样是会变快还是变慢。。。

网上状态如下：
Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
On February 26, 2016, we transferred your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number WAC169028XXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by March 27, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
现在还没收到纸质notice，本来是在加州中心，好焦急……

我是WAC 1.28 received， 2.26 transferred，3 business days之后收到纸质notice写的transfer到Potomac Service Center。但是我今天打客服电话，自动回复说我的case 2.26 transferred to Vermont Service Center....

3.30变成New Card Is Being Produced, 今天刚刚收到卡了。网上的状态还是New Card Is Being Produced。。。说明网站更新很不及时。。。
