UMD录取，不知奖学金什么情况

楼主申请的是UMD土木下面的交通，昨天早晨在网申界面查到录取，无Email通知。
现在十分关心funding的事情，还请了解的童鞋们看看是啥意思：
下面是录取教授的两封邮件回复原文：
第一封：关于录取的回复
You ae admitted. You will hear from the Graduate School I hope soon. Unfortunately we were not able to offer you financial assistance at this time. We are waiting to see what happens with our first round offers and then will make a decision about financial offers again.
第二封：关于funding的回复：
As I indicated in my last email, you did not receive financial assistance. We had about 80 applications and only offered 8 research assistantship. Your application was quite strong but the competition was tough and you were not among the ones chosen for assistantship. I am sorry that I cannot give you better news.
这到底是的确不给奖，还是得再等等？多谢各位了！[/size]
