Gatech网申关于 财产证明 和 个人陈述 问题

请问各位同学,
本人申请2012 ME MASTER,在申请过程中,发现网申系统没有要求提交 statement of purpose或者personal statement的选项. 有同学知道是怎么回事吗？ 确实不要求？
第二个,在网申系统中写到: **Certification of the availability of these funds must be mailed to Georgia Tech, 但是,在Graduate Studies & Admission, 是这么写的：Unofficial documentation of financial support. If you uploaded your documents with the application, you do not need to mail anything at this time. If you are admitted, you will be asked for official documents.
那到底是邮寄还是不邮寄呢？
