假如要求寄成绩单的话是必须申请时就寄吗？

一般学校都说申请时就得寄成绩单，实际情况是不是必须要寄啊？还是跟财产证明一样，实际上成绩单在拿到录取后寄过去就行了？
You can upload a copy of your transcript to the supplemental section of the online application. Please know that if you are recommended to The Graduate School, they will require an official transcript asap or you will not receive an official admit decision. So you should not wait until your recommendation if you can send it sooner.
