RSU股票问题

一直没怎么理解RSU的问题，看很多童鞋都是说什麽5w股票分4年，这很容易理解成总共5w分成四年来拿，但是和HR讨论时，比如 10w RSU 等于Y1 Y2 Y3 Y4
25000 50000 75000 100000
这样一来4年总公能有25w，而不是4年总共拿10w。
小弟对股票不咋理解。。。看来是码农命，没经济头脑了{:4_92:}

得到HR回复 "You are eligible to receive up to 100k per year in equity grants. That means that you are euligible to receive up to 400k over 4 years in grants with us.

Now, of those grants, you are correct that 250k will vest to you over that 4 year period.
