关于ImmigrationGirl上面H1B抽签结果更新的问题

看ImmigrationGirl上面今天2pm CST的更新说：
We have received receipt notices in 24% of our cases filed as AD/RP/CA (Advanced Degree-masters / regular processing / California Service Center) – I am expecting this to go up to 60%

意思是不是还有大约36%的Non pp，Adv，CSC的中签case receipt还没生成？
也就是Non pp，Adv，CSC的到现在还没消息的 其实还是有一些希望的？

因为今天手贱打电话查了自己的SEVIS status还是active。。。简直是整个人都不好了。。。{:4_85:}
