clemson的phd结果出的好早。。。
我想问一下，这个确定是没有offer的可能性了吗。。。
因为我看他家在说明action status的时候是这样解释的
*Action Status - An action of unknown means that the admissions office has not heard from the department regarding their decision; please contact your department to see where they are on their decision making process. If you have been accepted conditionally, it means that the admission office does not have your final transcript. Most likely you have not graduated or you have not provided a transcript with your final transcript or certificate of graduation. Conditional acceptance does not hinder you from registering or enrolling in classes. It is required for you to provide your official transcript or certificate to the Office of Enrolled Student Services during your first semester enrolled at Clemson University.
An action status of rejected means that the department to which you applied did not recommend acceptance. Please contact the program that you applied to for further details.
里面并没有offer这一项啊。。。

今天clemson回信了，跟大家猜的差不多，这个只是说录取，offer神马的还没有评，附上原文
