几所托福未达标学校的小米回复

硬件还不错，但托福99（S23），有些学校未过线，所以都发了邮件问了问，总结如下，希望对大家有所帮助。
学校有JHU要求100，Upenn要求100，Renselear理工 要求100， UIUC 103， UCLA口语24
1、JHU：（小米非常好，之前还问过别的问题，回复详细到位，非模版）
答复：Your TOEFL is just one point away from the University's suggested (but not required) minimum, so that will not be a detriment to your application. Your complete application, which also includes your statement of purpose and recommendation letters will be reviewed and admission chances will be determined then.
可见其托福要求并不是很硬。
2、Upenn：（由于申请人数太多，小米回复慢，且十分简介，几乎没有有用信息）
答复：You may apply with a score of 99. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to discuss chance of admission with applicants.
（简直是废话。。）
3、RPI：
答复：
Thank you. The institute minimum TOEFL score is 89 iBT, although some departments have a minimum score of 100 iBT. Your application will still be considered with a TOEFL score of 99 iBT.
说明还是有点在意托福的，但也非完全不能申。
4、UIUC：
答复：If you do not meet this TOEFL requirement, you may still apply and your application will be considered. While it is rare for the admissions committee to deviate from its minimum published requirements, they will still consider your application.
（it IS rare都出来了，所以决定没申=。=，而且毕竟差的稍微有点多。。。）
5、UCLA（破口大骂这个学校，两周后回复我，老子都nm提交了！！答复还是纯模版）
答复：
Students whose native language is not English are required to take and pass the
toefl.org.
A TOEFL score of at least 560 on the paper and pencil test or 220 on the computer based test is the minimum required for applicants to graduate programs at UCLA. For the internet-based TOEFL (TOEFL iBT), the following are minimum passing scores for each section and the minimum total passing score: Writing:25, Speaking:24, Reading:21, Listening:17, Total minimum passing score:87. An IELTS overall band score of at least 7.0 is the minimum required.

ps：在这里大大的赞扬一下Northwestern Univeristy 的小米，人简直太好了。。我问他问题，他不仅自己耐心回复，给我建议，还把信转发给2个别的管事的，分别回复我。。还是一天之内。。我觉得就冲这个，我也会更多考虑这个学校。
