Google intern地里有人收到guaranteed offer吗

Google 的intern是有两种结果，一种是team match，一种是发guaranteed offer，想问问地里有收到guaranteed offer的吗？

这周五即将加面，感觉基本过了也是team match节奏，然而MS的offer已经要expire。。想看看拿到guaranteed offer的概率多大，是需要所有面试都发挥特别出色吗？
