求问关于普渡SOP的字数要求

lz目前在准备普渡的网申，然后看到网申系统中要求SOP approximately 300-500 words。 但是呢，CS官网上的要求是：

So, 问题来了——SOP到底是没有字数要求呢还是应该在500字内？
另外，SOP是只要cover到了上面的6个headings就好了还是说要一段一段的对应（比如：第一段 姓名；第二段 Long Term Degree Objective；第三段 Research Experience……）
