UIUC的interest form什么时候可以填写

提交完UIUC的网申后，过了一段时间发了一个interest form的链接，但是进去之后输入邮箱和出生年月日说Sorry, but we could not find your application. Please try again, perhaps with another e-mail address. The address you supply, must be the same as the one you used when you completed your application with the University of Illinois. 下面还有补充说It generally takes several days for us to receive your application information from the university application system. If you applied within the last few days, please try again in another day or two.想问一下已经填写过的人，这个差不多过了多久可以查到自己的记录并且可以填写啊？
