GRE 成绩单递送

我在 查GRE成绩的网站点击 Send Additional Score Reports 的时候，跳出来的网站显示 You do not have reportable test scores at this time.但是我点击 View Score and Score Recipients 明明可以正常地查询到GRE成绩啊...
是我的打开方式不对吗？还是仅仅是gre的网站智障了。。
求解答！！T T
