URGENT!!! 所以CMU BIC的ddl是什么时候！

bic.cs.cmu.edu 这里写着ddl是2月15。然而11点多收到了cs学院的email，提醒我15号要截止了快提交是什么鬼！
BIC跟着CS Dept大部分项目在同一个申请系统下，原来觉得没啥，现在收到邮件慌了，难道真是12月15截止。。。 有没有过来人啊{:4_85:}

You have until the 15th of February if BIC is the only program you are applying to.
