关于Southern Methodist University成绩单寄送

这个学校网页说成绩单要直接从学校寄到研院。我现在没法完成这个要求。跟研院写信问，能不能我把成绩单放入大信封寄去。研院一直没有回信。 请问地里其他申请这个学校的同学是怎么寄的？多谢了！
