As part of the supplemental materials for admission consideration, the graduate school requires proof of bachelors degree. This proof normally comes as a copy of your diploma, stating the degree awarded and the date it was awarded.
Since you are currently in a degree program that is not completed at this time, you must supply a completion of degree certificate for your bachelors degree. This certificate must be in the official language of the institution. If this language is not English, a certified translation must also be supplied. This degree certificate should be an official letter from your University that states what degree you will receive and the date you will receive it. It should say something like: “XXX will receive a bachelor of water resources engineering in June 2012 pending the successful completion of all course and program requirements.” The document can be scanned and sent by email to 1point3acres.com. Note that you will still be obliged to submit an original document that verifies the awarding of the degree once the degree is actually awarded.
Your file has been reviewed by the civil engineering faculty and has been recommended for admission. However, without the completion of degree certificate for your degree, the graduate school will not process your file.
