等来了第一个AD

昨晚发邮件问小秘何时出结果，今天早上就看到AD了。。。这效率该说是快还是慢呢？？？
问题是指望UTK能给个TA/RA啥的，现在只有一个AD。。。请教田里的前辈，这个学校是不是在拿到AD之后可以自己再套个RA什么的？
