本科转过学算不算withdraw from any college or university

其实已经递交过一些学校的网申了，可是刚刚在填一个新的时候突然注意到一个问题 Have you ever withdrawn or been dismissed from any college or university?
不知道转学生算不算曾经withdraw from a university? 之前填别的学校时候一直把这类问题当作disciplinary action选的no
可是刚刚查了一下withdraw的定义：The University uses the term withdraw to formally indicate that a student has dropped or will drop all courses for a given term.
所以到底该不该选no呢好纠结，不知曾经本科转过学的前辈们是怎么填这种问题的呀
