We have attached a copy of your Admission Decision Letter to this e-mail along with the I-20 Information Form and Instructions. The original letter will be mailed out to you with your I-20 once you have confirmed your acceptance. In order to confirm, you must go online as instructed in your letter. Also, you must complete both pages of the I-20 Information form and either attach it to an e-mail or fax it in (508-831-5717) to us. Once this is received, we will notify the Office of International Students & Scholars and they in turn will process your I-20 and mail it out with your letter.
