1st AD from Upenn CGGT+DDL疑问

临晨3点刷邮箱刷出的AD激动坏了！自己条件一般，这个项目已经是主申偏彩票了，估计是背景比较符合，感觉宾大招人在三维差不多的条件下也比较注重背景是否match，目测第二轮机会也不少大家可以再申一申！

还有想问大家一个问题，AD里写“In order to reserve your place, complete the Admission Decision Form online and submit the non-refundable $300 acceptance deposit by February 15, 2017. The acceptance fee will be credited to your student account when you matriculate. After February 15, this offer of admission remains valid but your place in the class cannot be guaranteed and you will be unable to confirm your acceptance until after the final master's application deadline, March 15, 2017.
Please note that we have not received some of your official application documents. After receipt of the Enrollment Form we will provide a list of these documents. Your offer of admission is contingent on our receipt and verification of these documents.”

这个的意思是让我215之前交占位费，然后可以在315之前决定吗？“but your place in the class cannot be guaranteed“这句话又是什么意思啊？然后我填那个交占位费的表格的时候他直接让我填是否accept我也有点迷。。。。
我理解的是先accept一下然后交钱，315之前再comfirm一下才算真正accept。。。有没有小伙伴能告诉我一下是不是这样，多谢！！
