一直看网站上说是提交申请后七天可以提交KIRA，所以1.10压线提交，1.16交的kira，给自己的拖延症跪新鲜的面经，求好运！
practise question都比较逗
1. 想拥有哪一种super power and why
2. what did you learn from the book you recently read
可以多练练，但似乎也没啥特别需要重复练的必要，20S准备，60S回答

正式面：
1. what's you biggest accomplishment so far
2. beside academic, what do you commit most?
3. share an experience when you solve a problem in an innovative way
