使馆说我SEVIS STATUS未激活 实际已经激活了 怎么办

12月20号在上海签的，签证官说他们网站上发现我的SEVIS未激活，让我激活了之后通过中信银行把资料补交给他们，可是我回去找到学校甚至SEVIShelpdesk都说我的SEVIS是处于激活状态的，是两者的系统存在差异么，有没有遇到过类似情况的给我提供点意见？马上开学了，感觉要耽误课了啊！
