Congratulations on your admission to our PhD program in computer science at UIC. Our admission committee is very impressed with your academic credentials and will offer you financial aid for the 2012-2013 academic year.
One of the sources of funding is a nomination to a prestigious university fellowship. The number of nominations our department can submit is limited. We are inquiring regarding your interest in attending our PhD program. If you believe you will attend our program should you get financial aid please respond to me immediately.
Please be advised this is just a nomination, it is not a guarantee of a fellowship. However if you accept our offer to attend our program and are not awarded the fellowship, we would provide you with an assistantship.
额。。这个是不是代表我已经被录取了咩。。但是感觉通知简单了点。。另外，如果想要fellowship是不是要马上答复。。。。
