UTD申PhD被迫降为MS录取

早上刷邮件看到的，一个committee成员邮件问我是否愿意接受PhD降为MS录取的，

You applied for the graduate program here at The University of Texas at Dallas, unfortunately at this time our admissions’ committee is unwilling to give you admission into our PhD/CS program. They are however willing to give you admission into our MS/CS program.

降为MS录取就没奖了，上不起啊，{:7_194:}sigh~

希望我的offer早点降临，也希望大家offer多多啊！
