一周前收到雪城的非正式录取，然后说让我2.7之前给答复，具体邮件如下This is to let you know that your application to Syracuse University is under favorable consideration. At this time, however, no financial support has been identified for you. If you are able to support yourself of if the department identifies support for you shortly, and if you plan on accepting a potential offer of admission, a positive admission decision would likely result.
Please let us know if you might be able to support yourself and would accept a potential offer of admission as soon as possible. In the event that you will be able to support yourself, please note that in your case, we would be able to provide a tuition reduction of 40%. We look forward to hearing from you shortly. We expect to make a final decision by February 7 which will be communicated to you sometime thereafter by the Graduate School Office.
各位大神帮我看看这个potential admission 到底是是么意思，他说的would accept 是不是我一旦accept了，就必须去，还是说我accept以后雪城才给我发正式的admission，然后我可以决定去或不去？？？求解答
PS：因为ME在雪城的排名不太好，所以不想去，是个保底的学校，但是怕一旦拒了这个，就没有保底的了 所以犹豫不决
