NEU CS-Align网申的若干问题

申请的是CS-Align，网申时碰到了一些问题，来求助一下大家
1.Computer Experience
Please upload a list of computers and operating systems you have used and your degree of familiarity with them (excellent, good, fair).
这个是只要写用过的操作系统就可以了吗？类似于：Windows 7(GOOD)，这样可以不？
2.Programming Experience
Please list the programming languages in which you have written programs. For each language, indicate the length in lines of the longest working program you have written in that language. You may approximate, but only count those parts of the program that you wrote yourself.
这一项写了一个“MSCS and PHD CS APPLICANTS ONLY”，那是不是申请Align的可以不用填这一项了？
3.关于送分的，是不是只需要在网申中上传托福和GRE的PDF就可以了？官网上说托福是admission之后再ETS送分，GRE就什么都没有说，那是不是目前都不用ETS送分啦？
