As per the application guidelines, all applicants are requested to apply timely in order to obtain their visa prior to their departure date.
It is up to the US Visa Consular Officer who reviewed your application to decide whether or not there is any need to speed up the process as per your departure date.
It's not advised to make firm travel plans (purchasing tickets, paying for hotel accommodation, etc.) until you will receive your passport with visa after adjudication in the Embassy.
You will be informed when your passport is ready for pickup by our service.
If you are a nonimmigrant applicant, you may check your DS-160 and visa application status online: by entering your interview location (or location where you couriered your application to, if you applied through an interview waiver process) and your DS-160 barcode number.
NOTE: In case you want to track your current passport status which was submitted to the Embassy, please, send an email to 1point3acres.com and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, and you will receive an automatic response with the status.
