Umich小秘的邮件让我confusing，求帮忙

我在12月底提交了application，但是托福一直没有更新，所以我就发邮件问了小秘。她回的第一封（2017.01.26）是这样的：
We have located your TOEFL scores. However, it appears that you were assigned two UofM student ID numbers.
This issue has been forwarded to our IT Team and once it has been resolved you will receive an e-mail.Rackham Graduate Admissions
2.1是截止日期，当天我发现还没更新，就又发了一封，马上收到回信：
As I mentioned before that we have received your TOEFL scores, so please don't worry about that. If you are admitted to the graduate program and you see that your test scores have not been update is when you should contact our office. We have thousands or more students that have this same issue. We see your scores they are just under another UofM student ID, again please don't worry about your scores okay.
（不想看英语的看这里：我们已经收到你的托福成绩，所以请不要担心。如果你被录取了，你的托福成绩没有更新，你才应该与我们联系...）
现在又一个星期过去了，托福还是没有更新
很方，小秘的意思是我不用管托福吗？
不知道什么时候开始审材料这样真的不要紧吗？
