网上状态还是not review, 结果突然来了封平信
感觉不是很正式，没有congratulation之类的，最后又系主任的签字
We recommending your acceptance to the Department of Electrical Engineering at the university at Buffalo..........This admission is pending final review of your application and determination of your eligibility to receive the official document necessary for student Visa by the office of international Admission.
还有说是不能提供Ta，Ra要自己和教授联系
后面还附有一张，说需要你寄回，问你是否接受admission.
