鸡肋AD。。威斯康辛麦迪逊，tranditional MS/PhD. 没奖. 美国时间9号下午收到的，信里说cannot offer you guaranteed financial support。。看到这里心里一万只神兽羊驼跑过。会在去问问，如果一点钱都没有的话99%不会去。可能因为我没有硕士学位或者不是美国人？信下面写了个“INTERNATIONAL No Aid”。。Anyway。附上信大概内容：
