我的College transcript和TOEFL都还空的，明明1月5号transcript就寄到了，而且状态也没有提示。。大家是什么样的？发邮件回复还极慢，有人知道有没有哪个邮箱回的快些的？

刚刚收到小秘邮件，原来是状态没更新。We have received your official TOEFL test scores from ETS. We are processing the file they were sent in now. Your checklist has not been updated yet, but it will be very shortly.
