问下地里大牛们关于UF审核材料流程的问题

发帖之前自己也百度了一下，有的是直接研究生院招生办全权负责，有的是院系和研究生院合作审核材料，目前我知道的合作审核的有UIC（伊利诺伊芝加哥分校。。我怕不打出汉字会被误以为UIUC），USC，乔治亚大学。我想问问大牛们佛罗里达大学材料审核是一个什么样的流程呢？,我在check status上发现了这样一句话“Graduate admission is a collaborative effort between the Office of Admissions and the academic unit to which you have applied". 所以说佛罗里达大学是合作审核，院系做了决定通知研究生院么？

ps.我前几天给uf化工系的小米发了邮件，询问进度，他回复我下面这段话
Your application is now “Under Review” by the Admissions Office. Once they make your application appear as “Ready” I will be able to send you the offer letter at that time. However, it may take a while before this is done. They are in the process of reviewing all applications for the whole University for Fall 2017, so it takes some time for it to be completed.

所以不明白这是系里录取了通知研究生院，还是研究生院还在审核院系只是负责等待？
