cs ad rutgers

Department 发邮件过来说congratulate 然而这不是offer只是recommendation....意思是我们cs department给graduate school推荐你了....还得等他们做final decision....然后说为了expedite the process赶紧交financial support....最后又说3.16之前回复是否接受这个offer.....我就当作是录取了吧.....略懵逼.....反正是不打算去了。
