Sorry for replying only now. Your application has been reviewed by our Graduate Admissions Committee. Unfortunately, their recommendation was not to admit you to the PhD program. Therefore, I will not make you an offer and hope that you get admitted to some other good university.
Purdue的回复：
Your application is under review, which can go until April 15.
