1. Amazon Cloud Drive
Amazon Drive is Amazon’s consumer cloud storage service, it lets customers store photos, videos and file in a secure, redundant, online location. The business is dedicated to the customer's experience around personal photos, videos and files– we want to help people store and enjoy a lifetime of memories. We have a focused vision to deliver secure storage, viewing experiences, organization, discovery, creation and sharing of personal digital content to customers worldwide.
Prime Photos is one of Amazon's newest and fastest growing Prime benefits. We provide unlimited, original resolution photo storage for Prime members who now have a simple, secure place to store their existing collections of photos, automatically upload new photos as they are taken, and access them anytime, anywhere, at no additional cost. We store hundreds of petabytes of data in our highly scalable back-end services and provide apps for customers to access their photos and videos on iOS, Android, PC, Mac and web.

2. eCFI3
The eCommerce Financial, Integration, Innovation and Infrastructure (eCFI3) organization enables the growth of Amazon’s businesses, unimpeded by the challenges related to scale and operational complexity. Our technical teams around the world play a significant role in developing systems and business processes for managing financial transaction data, the invoicing functionality enabling Amazon Business transactions on our platform, management of payment operations, and the standardization of the way we operate, build, deploy and run services across the company. The Financial Ledger and Accounting Systems Hub (FLASH) is the platform which delivers timely, complete and accurate financial information to Amazon’s general ledger. In the most simplified description, FLASH is responsible for mapping business events generated by Amazon Customer transactions into Accounting Events for accurate and balanced accounting. FLASH team is building massive distributed systems to address these high volume challenges while pushing the leading edge of cloud computing in the enterprise. FLASH is looking for strong, innovative engineers to help us mold cutting edge cloud computing technologies (SWF, EC2, SQS, S3, DynamoDB) into a secure and scalable global financial integration platform that will serve Amazon for the next decade. The complexity of our project requires a team of developers who are interested in working on large scale, highly distributed systems and who can bring new ideas with the confidence to put them to the test as we change the transmission on the rapidly moving bus that is Amazon.

3. Modeling and Optimization
Have you ever ordered a product on Amazon and when that box with the smile arrives you wonder how it got to you so fast? Wondered where it came from and how much it would have cost Amazon? If so, the Amazon WW's Transportation team is for you. We build systems to peer into the future and estimate the distribution of tens of millions of products every week to Amazon’s warehouses in the most cost-effective way. When customers place orders, our systems use real time, large scale optimization techniques to optimally choose where to ship from and how to consolidate multiple orders so that customers get their shipments on time or faster with the lowest possible transportation costs. This team is focused on saving hundreds of millions of dollars using cutting edge science, machine learning, integer programming and scalable distributed software on the Cloud that automates and optimizes inventory and shipments to customers under the uncertainty of demand, pricing and supply. Amazon seeks passionate, results-oriented, inventive software engineers to be part of a team of developers building large scale, high availability software systems using mathematical modeling, simulations and data analysis. We are looking for software engineers who thrive on complex problems and relish the challenge of operating complex and mission critical systems under extreme loads.
