求支招 ad怎么催？

cornell tech 2月7日面试之后，过一周同批来了ad，我当时邮件问过面试官教授一次，得到答复：
“Many thanks for getting in touch. You are most certainly in consideration. We have had an exceptionally strong group of applicants and we had to prioritize. Please give us another month or so.If you get offers from other schools in the mean time, please be advised that no school should force you to make a decision before April 14.
We will be in touch!”
眼看着一个月快到了，有必要再表表忠心跪舔一下吗？该如何措辞呢？请各位大神不吝赐教，小弟跪求摆脱失学
