RPI小秘告诉我状态有更新，让我自己去查，一查是reject~然后闲得无聊发信问小秘，问为啥据我。他说ME系里的要求GRE为：550+550+4~因为GRE不够...悲剧了~哎~

The decision was made based on your GRE verbal and analytical scores, which are below the Institute-minimum requirements. The Institute-wide requirements are as follows:
GRE verbal-550, Quantitative: 550, Analytical: 4. Admission to our graduate programs are highly competitive; and also note that the Department has to submit a waiver petition for you application to the Office of Graduate Education (OGE) because of your low verbal and analytical test scores. And, it would need to be approved by OGE, and our department (MANE) cannot guarantee the outcome of their review.
