UCR的申请是必须要邮寄纸质的学位证明跟成绩单吗？

之前申请了UCR，今天才看到有这个specific requirement:
3. One official transcript – must be mailed
4. Certificate of Degree - International applicants only – must be mailed
想说官方成绩单好办，但是学位证我就一张啊，原件总不能寄给他们吧。
然后我还有一个英国master，成绩单都只有一份，找英国要的话猴年马月才能收到了，请问大家是怎么办的呢？
发邮件问小米得到的答复是这样的，他的意思是只需要邮寄成绩单或学位证就可以了吗？
另外看地里有人说这成绩单必须要学校官方寄或者盖学校章子，是这样吗？
