报AD攒rp希望从纠结中解脱出来

邮件收到 PSU的AD，很伤心的是没有奖。邮件中写明了
We will not be able to provide financial aid. Please do not contact your temporary advisor, or any other faculty, regarding funding opportunities. You should wait until you arrive here and contact only the faculty who advertise an assistantship position.
没奖就算了还不让联系教授套RA，太伤心了。因为现在手头有一个SUNY-Binghamton的全奖Offer，论学校Binghamton不能和PSU相比，可是如果自费去读PSU，家里的经济情况即使成功办到签证，恐怕也只能维持第一年的学费和生活。不知道有没有人知道PSU拿AD过去第二年有奖的概率大吗？请帮我看看这种情况该如何选择呢，谢谢！
