又是拒信~~桑心啊~是院长直接发的~I regret to inform you that we cannot recommend your admission
for graduate study in the Department of Computer Sciences.
This year, we had over 1350 applicants, and we were not able
to find a space for every qualified applicant. All decisions
are final. We do not have a waiting list, nor do we reconsider
applicants who wish to change their degree goals.
