结果回报&请教各位地友大神

个人情况如上，gpa硬伤，**一枚，diy的。本来不好意思来回报的。
最近baylor给了一个offer，说有tuition scholorship，但是并没有找到具体数字，找了学校官网也没有相关信息。
想请教各位地友这是全奖还是其他什么情况
offer的具体描述如下
We are pleased to offer you financial support in the form of a tuition scholarship (does not include general student
fees). This offer is for your first semester, with consideration given for each following semester, up to a maximum
of four semesters (including summer). The tuition scholarship is not associated with services and consists of up to 9
credit hours within your course of study per fall and spring, and 6 credit hours per summer , not to exceed the total
number of hours required to meet degree requirements.
