为何offer收到好几天了，还没收到funding？？？

offer letter里面是这么写的：Decisions about financial support are made through a separate process. If selected for such support you will receive an offer directly from the program providing the funding.
是PHD，系里已经答应给奖学金了，offer letter已经收到快一周了，怎么funding letter还没收到呢
