纽约startup内推

帮前老板发个内推帖，纽约startup，叫Tresata，2011年成立，初期融过100w刀左右，后面完全自给自足，没有再融过资。主要focus在spark/hadoop领域，这次招machine learning方向的，地点在soho的wework，team人很少，6个人左右。我在公司待过7个月，氛围很好，比较自由，我早上一般10点半左右到公司，老板人很好，荷兰人，是公司CTO，当年我在公司的时候确实教了我很多东西，下面是老板发我的邮件里的要求：
do you remember anyone from your class / graduation year that really loved fitting machine learning algos to data to solve a problem? i am talking about:


1) picking the ml algos to try

2) picking and creating good input variables for the model

3) grid search for optimal hyper params

4) analyzing results using area under curve, confusion matrix, etc.

4) combining algos to create meta algos etc.

5) iterating this process to find an optimal solution


we are looking to hire someone that really loves this process.
