半夜收到Rice的邮件，"Dear XX,We regret to inform you that Rice University cannot offer you admission for graduate study.A large number of factors played a role in arriving at this decision: the number of applicants, undergraduate records, GRE general scores, the interest of faculty, and the resources available. All of these factors were carefully considered, and this decision was only arrived at reluctantly.The other members of the departmental graduate admissions committee join me in wishing you success in all of your future endeavors." 继去年12月被NCSU秒据后的第二据，背景不好，意料之中。。。
