I recommended ‘strong admit’ to our graduate admission. I have projects in the general area of multi-variable control, optimization, and predictive control. Monitoring and performance diagnosis are another area with many applications from energy efficiency to smart grid.

I usually do not set a specific project too early. It will take students a year to three semesters of preparation to be in the full mode of research in these areas.

我觉得似乎是很好的征兆，并且在教授回复的邮件时还copy給系里的另外一个教授。但是接下来我该如何回复呢。如果需要准备电话面试的话，该从哪里入手呢？希望各位前辈给与一些建议！十分感谢！
