没收到Notice 但学校SEVIS已经Pending

今年第三年抽签了. 之前两年一直没有抽到H1B， 感觉虚无缥缈.. 昨天正好收到OPT 要求6个月确认 Home Address & Employee 的email. 顺便问了学校状态，因为5月底就要过期了，没想到已经Pending了，给了我Case Number. 学校的人员说我应该很快收到Notice..
我今年原本准备跳槽，所以抽了两份签..还不知道是哪家公司中的.. 想问问这样是抽中了吗？
