问一个关于issue的技术性问题

有的issue题目最后会这么问“you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position”。那么我们到底需不需要把正反都论证一下呢？
楼主一战时写的都是Might hold true的情况，直到写完全文才看到这句，慌乱中在最后加上了很短的一段（大概两句话？），论述了一下might not hold true的情况。最后分数是3.5，所以说到底需要正反都说嘛? 个人感觉是不用，毕竟有个“ or”，但还是拿不准
