第三国签美国F1的经历

由于实在过于水，所以仅作参考。由于语速快，整个interview过程也就20秒左右。

时间：3月中旬, 2012
地点：Singapore

Me: Hi, Madam, how are you?
Officer: Good, how are you? What's the purpose of your travelling?
Me: For a Ph.D. study with a fellowship at xxx University.
Officer: Congratulations! What will you study?
Me: Computer systems.
Officer: Have you been to the USA before?
Me: Yes, for holidays.
Officer: Great, we will send the passport to your address.
Me: Thanks! Bye-bye!

准备的材料都是按照大使馆网站上准备的，包括DS-160 form, photograph, passport, receipt for visa processing fee, approved I-20 form, I-901 Sevis receipt.
大使馆网站也推荐带着transcript和TOEFL scores，我都带了，不过没用。

进了大使馆后需要等待很长时间，很无聊，就逗一个16个月大的小孩儿玩了。小孩儿的爸爸是英国人，在Morgan Stanley工作，先在London分部，后到Singapore分部，现在要去New York总部，所以在申请美国L1工作签证。

美国的签证政策应该很宽，我看到的都给过了。
