还没发offer，让写written confirmation。。

面试完了，以为有RA offer，结果他说还没决定，后来他邮件回复说If you are committed to move forward, please provide me a written confirmation.

written confirmation是什么意思？？ 求大神解答。。以前没听过这种情况啊，不都是发了offer，然后给一个deadline考虑么
